City Manager Michael Dzugan explained the ordinance incorporates Planning & Zoning Board conditions, a revised Drive Thru Overflow Plan, and a provision allowing revocation of the Special Use Permit if queuing occurs on East Loop Road. The ordinance passed on a unanimous roll call vote.
"The ordinance incorporates conditions from the Planning and Zoning Board, a revised Drive Thru Overflow Plan, and a provision for revocation of the Special Use Permit if queuing occurs on East Loop Road," City Manager Michael Dzugan said when presenting the item.
