A staff member reported that three principals and the special education director presented school-level data taken from the Illinois State report card. The speaker said the presentations are available on the district website under District > School Board Resources and that "Mister Dunk will be uploading those today" if they are not yet posted.
The staff member praised students and staff for improvements, stating, "Our students have done a heck of a job over the last, you know, 12, 24 months of really stepping up and ... improving their test scores." The speaker cautioned that test scores represent an isolated moment — "It's 1 day. It's 1 test" — but said the trend was impressive and should be celebrated.
