• Adjourn Budget Hearing (motion by Stacy Fetzer; second Sharon Formoe) — carried. • Appoint Amber Carlsrud as Chairperson for the District Annual Meeting (nomination by Sharon Formoe; second Nick Kaiser) — carried. • Approve Treasurer’s Report as presented (motion by Sharon Formoe; second Ben Mrdutt) — carried. • Authorize the School Board to borrow funds as necessary for 2025–26 operations (motion by Sharon Formoe; second Jessie Olson) — carried. • Authorize sale/disposal of excess/obsolete property per Wis. Stat. 120.10(12) (motion by Ben Mrdutt; second Sharon Formoe) — carried. • Authorize leasing of school sites/buildings/equipment per Policy 6330 (motion by Sharon Formoe; second Nick Kaiser) — carried. • Approve School Board member salaries and travel reimbursement/per diem (motion by Nick Kaiser; second Alesha Kersten) — carried. • Authorize independent hearing officer from Weld Riley when needed (motion by Stacy Fetzer; second Sharon Formoe) — carried. • Authorize the Board to defend or prosecute any action involving the District (motion by Ben Mrdutt; second Stacy Fetzer) — carried. • Approve Peoples State Bank, Local Government Insurance Pool, and Wisconsin Investment Series Cooperative as public depositories (motion by Sharon Formoe; second Nick Kaiser) — carried. • Allow the Board to set the date and time of the 2026 Annual Meeting (motion by Ben Mrdutt; second Nick Kaiser) — carried.
The Annual Meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
