The minutes record that the Board ‘‘will wait until the October aid certification amounts are release before making a decision.’'
District staff and the board signaled the delay was intended to provide firmer revenue projections before allocating the restricted fund balance for Phase 2 referendum or other uses. No formal motion allocating funds was introduced at the meeting.
