Trustee Amy Casas moved to approve the GMP proposal; Trustee Julia Cardona seconded the motion. The board voted unanimously to approve the GMP, with the clerk recording the motion as "Motion carried (6-0)." The vote included Board President Charles Miles, Vice President Jason Barcak, Secretary Amy Casas, and trustees Julia Cardona, Janice Keen, and Karen Laughlin.
The special meeting was called to order at 12:00 p.m. in the Rockdale Junior High School Library by Board President Charles Miles. With no public speakers registered for the public forum, the board proceeded to the GMP presentation and vote. Trustee Julia Cardona moved to adjourn after the approval; Trustee Amy Casas seconded that motion, which also carried 6-0. The meeting adjourned at 12:49 p.m.
