Commission forwards A-26-004 to City Council after unanimous vote; staff to correct numbering

Commissioner Nunn moved to approve zoning ordinance amendment A-26-004; Commissioner Horton seconded. The chair called the vote and announced, "Motion passes 7 0." The commission recorded the recommendation and staff said they will correct a numbering discrepancy in the ordinance language before submitting the package to City Council.
Staff confirmed the home-occupation and vertiport text amendments will be included on the July 13 council agenda and that no July planning commission meeting is scheduled. Staff also noted there is a rezoning for Johns Creek United Methodist Church land scheduled for the August 4 meeting.
