Offender Residency Board approves prior minutes, hears one petition and adjourns

The board then held a public hearing on a petition by Fred R. Cervantes to exempt distancing restrictions so he may reside at 5711 7th Avenue, Apartment 309. No members of the public spoke. After questions about benefits, medical condition and treatment status, the board approved the petition by voice vote and reminded Cervantes he must follow up with his alderman and complete a new form the board clerk said the petitioner had not yet received. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn was carried by voice vote.
