At 8:00 p.m. the D C Everest Area School Board voted to adjourn to closed session pursuant to 'W.S.S. 19.85(1)(c)' to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance data of public employees concerning the superintendent. The motion (mover: Lindsey Lewitzke; seconder: Katie Felch) passed by roll call with six yea votes and one absent.
In closed session the board worked through the WASB superintendent evaluation process and approved closed session minutes. The minutes show the meeting adjourned directly from closed session at 9:20 p.m.; the public minutes note the closed session content only in general terms as personnel matters are exempt from public disclosure.
