Staff presented final plats for Tamarind additions 3 and 4, phases 4 and 5 of the subdivision. Addition No. 3 covers just over 8 acres with 21 single‑family lots averaging about 13,000 square feet; staff recommended forwarding the final plat to the Village Board with 15 staff conditions plus county and state conditions. Commissioners amended condition 3 for Addition No. 3 to require sidewalk on Rosemary Ridge only, then unanimously recommended the plat to the Village Board.
Addition No. 4 covers just over 23 acres and proposes 35 single‑family lots ranging roughly 10,000–17,000 square feet; staff recommended approval subject to five conditions and several county recommendations. The commission unanimously recommended forwarding Addition No. 4 to the Village Board. Planner Amy Bennett noted the plats will also require any county and Wisconsin Department of Administration conditions to be met before final Village Board action.
