The Planning Commission voted to grant preliminary and final approval of a certified survey map for Michelle and Brad Meinzer’s property at N56W19653 Silver Spring Drive, subject to 15 staff conditions and required Waukesha County approvals.
Planner Amy Bennett told commissioners that condition 14 requires POWTS approval by the planning commission and Village Board before certain work proceeds and that the county has reviewed the CSM and requested a shared‑driveway easement for access to Silver Spring Drive. Commissioner Chris Rollins moved to grant preliminary and final approval subject to the 15 conditions and the county easement requirement; the motion passed on a 5‑0 voice vote.
The approval was contingent on county sign‑off for access and typical staff conditions; Bennett noted that if the POWTS is not approved by later review, the condition remains in place and the applicants would need to address it before building permits or further subdivision changes.
