Kincaid approves one-barrel mosquito spray purchase for season

Trustees discussed year-over-year price increases and logistics; Lawrence said the product cost had risen about $100 from last year and Nelson said the village needs the spray service. The board approved a single-barrel purchase to provide this season's mosquito control.
