Kincaid board holds closed session on litigation, ends meeting at 6:56 p.m.

Near the end of the Feb. 10 meeting, Trustee Nelson moved that the board enter closed session to discuss previous litigation; Trustee Dees seconded and the motion carried. The board entered closed session at 6:42 p.m. and returned to open session at 6:55 p.m., after which Trustee Nelson moved to adjourn at 6:56 p.m.
Attorney Rahar had informed the board earlier in the meeting that ordinance-violation proceedings are set for Feb. 19 and that he would provide litigation updates in closed session. The minutes record that the board followed the attorney's advice to discuss those matters privately and that any related updates will be provided after closed-session deliberations.
