Kincaid adopts new code book and approves utility-tax ordinances

Warren outlined that printed code books were distributed to trustees and an office copy will be available for public sign-out; he added the board plans to publish the code online. Warren said, "these are the new books, each trustee has one, we have one in the office that we will have for people who want to come up and sign it out and take it home and look at it." The ordinances were adopted as presented and trustees directed staff to proceed with posting and publishing logistics.
