Kenilworth ZBA approves prior meeting minutes, hears and records withdrawal of floor-area request

At its Jan. 21 special meeting, the Kenilworth Zoning Board of Appeals approved the Nov. 10, 2025 meeting minutes as amended. Member Mark Hinkamp moved to approve and Member Katherine Peterson seconded; a roll-call vote showed yeas from Peterson, Murphy, Hinkamp, Chalmers, Tzur and Quigley and the motion passed 6-0.
During the public hearing portion, the board considered a floor-area variation for a proposed home at 429 Warwick Road but took no final vote after the applicants withdrew the request when the motion to approve received no second. The board then voted by voice to adjourn at 5:52 p.m., with the voice vote recorded as unanimous (6-0).
