Board ratifies change orders, authorizes interim policing contract, appoints pension board member

The Board ratified three change orders to the Water Plant and Lakefront Improvements GMP, approved an employee-leasing agreement for an interim police commander, and appointed Katherine Dold White to the Police Pension Fund Board, welcoming interim Commander Ryan Glew.
By omnibus motion, the Board ratified Change Order Numbers 2, 3 and 4 for the Construction Manager at Risk contract for the Water Plant Repurposing and Lakefront Improvements Project with Bulley & Andrews, increasing the guaranteed maximum price by $45,744 to $7,527,195. Trustees moved and passed the ratification by unanimous roll-call.
The Board also ratified an employee-leasing agreement with MGT Impact Solutions LLC of Tampa, Florida, to provide an interim Police Commander and appointed Katherine Dold White to the Police Pension Fund for a term from February 2026 through December 2027. President Cecily Kaz welcomed Commander Ryan Glew, who will serve in an interim command role pending the lease agreement and staffing actions.
