The Town of New Haven Development Review Board met in hybrid format on Aug. 3, 2026, convening at 7:03 p.m. and adjourning at 7:20 p.m. Vice Chair Kathy Barrett swore in those prepared to testify and the board covered a short agenda that included a sketch subdivision review and approval of prior minutes with a correction.
The primary substantive item was Application #2026-DRB-13-SK: a sketch to subdivide Parcel #747 at 1928 Halpin Road. The board provisionally classified the sketch as a minor subdivision contingent on the final Mylar showing an existing right-of-way; the motion passed 5–0. The board also approved a correction to the July 2 minutes (substitute 'Seguin' for 'Groton') and adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
