DRB approves July meeting minutes with name correction; notes decision linkage

At the Aug. 3 meeting the Development Review Board approved the July 2, 2026 minutes with a correction on page 2, line 65 (substitute 'Seguin' for 'Groton') and requested that the correction also be reflected in the decision for Application #2026-DRB-07-SP/PUD (Preston).
The Town of New Haven Development Review Board voted on Aug. 3 to approve its July 2, 2026 meeting minutes with a recorded correction. Kathy Barrett moved to approve the minutes with the correction on page 2, line 65 — substituting "Seguin" for "Groton" — and Tom Fyles seconded; the motion carried 5–0.
Barrett noted that the correction should also be reflected in the DRB decision for Application #2026-DRB-07-SP/PUD (Preston). The minutes and the related decision will be updated accordingly in the record.
