New Haven DRB defers June 1 minutes, closes hearing and adjourns

As recorded in the minutes, "Kathy Barrett moved to close the hearing on Application #2026-DRB-10-CU; Charlie Roy seconded. Motion carried with 4 members in favor (V. LaBerge, T. Fyles, K. Barrett, C. Roy), 0 opposed." The minutes also state simply: "DEFERRED for lack of quorum present at June 1st DRB meeting."
The meeting ended when Victor LaBerge moved to adjourn and Tom Fyles seconded; the motion carried 4–0 and the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Those recorded as voting in favor of the procedural motions were Charlie Roy, Kathy Barrett, Tom Fyles and Victor LaBerge.
