Board approves youth baseball field use and no‑charge community center requests

The Town Board approved a request from Marlboro Youth Baseball & Softball to use the ball fields at Cluett Schantz Park from March 30 through Nov. 30, 2026 with weekday hours 4–8 p.m. and weekend hours 8 a.m.–7 p.m., following a motion by Councilwoman Sessa and second by Councilman Appler Jr. The motion carried unanimously (Yeas:4, Nays:0).
The Board also approved a request by Faith Church of God and Daughters of Sarah to use the Community Center on Feb. 21, 2026 for a Black History Community Celebration and the Cluett Schantz Park pavilion on July 18, 2026 for a Community and Family Day at no charge if the dates work out. The Board discussed logistics for Community Center use before approving the motion.
