The board also approved renewal of the food-service management contract with The Pomptonian, Inc., with a total estimated contract cost of $683,004.46 and an administrative/management fee of $0.2384 per reimbursable meal. The board further approved a renewal of the Northern Regional Educational Services Commission (NRESC) shared-services technology-support agreement for 2025–26 at a total annual cost of $307,068.06, which the minutes state includes three full-time, on-site technicians.
