Residents ask Hartselle to consider speed breakers after Hickory Street paving

Anna Williams, who said she has lived on Hickory Street for more than 20 years, told the council speed "had always been a problem." Council President Dr. Charles M. Gill II responded that City Administration is studying a new process to determine the need for speed breakers and the procedure for requesting them.
