Council denies rezoning request at Corsbie and Dawson after developer presentation

After a brief discussion, Council Member Virginia Alexander moved to deny the ordinance and Council Member Sherry Yeager seconded; the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
Council documents show the denial maintains the property’s existing single-family zoning; no appeals or subsequent actions were recorded at the meeting.
