Comal County renews temporary-use agreement with Texas Division of Emergency Management

Comal County Commissioners Court voted Jan. 22 to approve an interlocal agreement with the Texas Division of Emergency Management to renew temporary use of space in the county’s Goodwin Annex and to add new space in the Churchill Annex for 2026. Commissioner Hogg moved the action and the motion carried by voice vote.
The County Judge explained the agreement renews existing arrangements and extends them to additional space for the year. The approval authorizes the County Judge to sign the interlocal agreement and places responsibility for execution with the county administration.
