Mayor says hospital sale moving forward; council hears multiple industry project updates

Separately, Reed (S8) reported damage to an IP plant roof and ongoing truss repairs, saying operations hope to resume the following month. Officials said they are monitoring impacts on loggers and local suppliers while repairs proceed.
