Arlette Zambito, Recreation Chair, told the board the Recreation Committee received over 40 submissions for the Summer Concert Series and that a formal announcement is expected in April. She also reminded the public of a Singles Mixer at Kedem Winery on Feb. 19, 2026 and a St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Stroll on March 14, 2026. The Easter Egg Dash is scheduled for April 4, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Hudson Valley Sportsdome; volunteers are welcome.
Separately, the board approved facility-use requests read during correspondence: the Marlboro Milton Lions Club may use the Cluett Schantz Memorial Park pavilion at no charge on July 1, 2026 (kitchen access June 30) and Boy Scouts Troop 72 was granted a camping weekend in May. Both facility motions were moved by Councilwoman Sessa, seconded by Councilman Appler Jr., and carried unanimously.
