Marlborough board adopts settlement reducing 2025 assessment for 523–525 South Road

The board authorized Kyle W. Barnett, Esq., of Van DeWater & Van DeWater, LLP, to negotiate the settlement and sign the documents necessary to effectuate it. The resolution was adopted by roll call with Councilmember Appler, Councilmember Sessa, Councilmember Cauchi, Councilmember Zambito and Supervisor Corcoran all voting Yes.
The board recorded the settlement figures in the resolution text and directed that the attorney be empowered to finalize paperwork. The action resolves the 2025 assessment dispute for the parcel identified in the motion and is reflected in the minutes and attached proposed consent judgment.
