The minutes state the board moved into executive session at 4:31 p.m. "according to Tex. Gov't Code 551.074 of the Texas Open Meeting Act to discuss personnel - - follow-up interviews." The board returned to open session at 7:45 p.m. Following the return, Bobby Bridges moved to adjourn; James Whittington seconded. The motion carried unanimously (7-0), and the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. The minutes are signed by James Moeller, Board President, and Nancy Duggan, Board Secretary.
