During the Nov. 19 special meeting, Trustee Joshua Bright publicly thanked district staff, local businesses and community members for their contributions to the Voter Approval Tax Rate Election (VATRE). Bright recognized Emily Allen, Director of Communications, and Elizabeth Oaks, Chief Financial Officer, by presenting Matador Mindset pins for their work on the VATRE.
After completing the meeting's business, Trustee William Dwyer moved to adjourn and Trustee Grace Mueller seconded. The Board recorded the adjournment at 6:17 p.m.; ayes were Bright, Burns, Crettenden, Duncan, Dwyer, Guerra and Mueller, with no nays recorded among those present.
No public speakers addressed the Board at the meeting, and the minutes indicate the meeting concluded without further action.
