The Comal County Sheriff's Office presented its 2025 Racial Profiling and Analysis Report as required by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. The sheriff told the court the initial submission included a clerical error in the gender/race field — an entry of "5,240,000" — that was corrected and a revised report sent to the sheriff's office and to TCOLE prior to the court meeting.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval of the report on the record; the court approved the corrected report. Commissioners and staff framed the correction as a data-entry anomaly that was fixed before final submission.
