The Shallowater Independent School District Board of Trustees adopted the budget for the 2025–26 school year in a unanimous vote during a special meeting on Aug. 28, 2025. Board member Bradley Price made the motion to adopt the budget; Brian Carreon seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
