CPC approves minutes, sets deadlines for warrant drafts and annual plans

On a motion by Connie Alexander, seconded by Jean Hay, the CPC unanimously approved the minutes of the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting. Administrator Heidi Dietterich asked committee members to email any changes, additions, or questions on the draft warrant articles by Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
Chairman Paul Munafo asked committee members to write their annual plan and brief committee summaries, noting the requirement under Massachusetts General Statute; Dietterich requested draft annual plans by Feb. 9, 2026 so she could compile them for review at the March 9, 2026 CPC meeting. The committee unanimously agreed to adjourn at 5:20 p.m. on a motion by John Best, seconded by Connie Alexander.
