Board approves paraprofessional training and new recruiting system

In a separate HR item trustees approved purchasing Frontline Education's Human Capital Management — Recruiting & Hiring program to support the district's recruiting and hiring processes. Trustee Ida Sudolcan moved the motion; Trustee James Gonzalez seconded and the board unanimously approved the purchase.
Minutes record approval of both personnel support items but do not include contract amounts or implementation timelines for the Frontline system. Staff will proceed with procurement and onboarding steps as appropriate.
