Maybrook amends CDBG project to ADA sidewalks; board finds it a Type 2 SEQRA action

Trustee Daryl Capozzoli moved and Deputy Mayor Charles Woznick seconded a motion that the ADA Sidewalk and Curb Ramp Project is a Type 2 SEQRA Action; the motion passed 4 Ayes, 0 Nays. The board did not at this meeting present final engineering plans or a construction schedule; the amendment proceeds through the county process.
