Trustees approve $41,790.74 change order and $111,117.92 contractor payment for WWTP UV project

"He also reviewed what the change order was for," the record notes. Trustee William Giannico moved and Trustee William Treco seconded a motion to authorize Mayor Dennis Leahy to sign the change order; the motion passed 4–0.
Following that vote Deputy Mayor Charles Woznick moved and Trustee Giannico seconded authorization of payment to the contractor in the amount of $111,117.92. The board approved the payment 4 ayes, 0 nays. No contractor name or line-item breakdown for the change order and final payment were provided in the publicly read minutes.
