Conservation Agent Sean Young explained that if the owner can demonstrate continuous maintenance of an existing corridor predating the 1972 Wetlands Protection Act, the Commission may treat the activity as limited maintenance within a historically established footprint rather than a new alteration; any such maintenance would be subject to conditions. The item was continued to allow submission of documentation.
