Interim Zoning Enforcement Officer Jeremy DeCarli participated in the discussion and provided guidance related to the 8-24 referral. The commission's action was recorded as a formal determination of consistency under the referral process, a procedural step the commission uses to advise the Board of Selectmen on municipal property moves and other municipal projects.
