Attorney Rob McCarron said the applicant ceased construction when notified and asked for a reduction, proposing $900 for three distinct violations. The motion by Commissioner Sarah Toste to approve the proposed $29,400 in fines was seconded by Lilian Robinson and passed 4–1 (Thomas Robinson opposed). The minutes note the Select Board and Town Council may review and reduce the fines after legal guidance.
