Charles Langevin moved to seat Lou Brodeur as a voting member for the meeting in the absence of Lachelle Rosinski; Sandra Brodeur seconded and the motion carried by voice vote (4-0-0). Sandra Brodeur moved to accept the regular meeting minutes of June 23, 2026; Lou Brodeur seconded and the motion carried unanimously (5-0-0). Later, Sandra Brodeur moved to cancel the regular meeting scheduled for Aug. 25, 2026; Charles Langevin seconded and the motion carried unanimously (5-0-0). Finally, Sandra Brodeur moved to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.; Charles Langevin seconded and the motion carried 5-0-0.
