Residents press board over CarMax carriers making overnight deliveries

Bradley Escobar, CarMax’s real‑estate development manager, told the board that the site would receive about "3-6 carrier deliveries per day" and acknowledged that some "Third-Party" carriers are not centrally scheduled. He said he would bring delivery‑timing concerns back to the CarMax home office to research options that could limit when third‑party carriers make deliveries. The board requested that the applicant explore scheduling constraints and other measures to reduce disturbance to abutting residential properties.
