Maybrook schedules paving for multiple streets Sept. 24–25; no parking during work

The Village of Maybrook's Department of Public Works began road preparations and scheduled paving for several residential streets, DPW Superintendent Matt Thorp told trustees on Sept. 22. Crews removed loose stone on Palmer Court and paving is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, Sept. 24 and Thursday, Sept. 25 on Palmer Court, Blake Road, Crystal Drive, Greening Place, Saracino Drive, and Watts Lane. Residents were asked not to park on streets being paved; additional parking is available on Rakov Road and at David Weiss Memorial Park.
Thorp said if rain delays work on Thursday, paving will be moved to Monday and Tuesday of the following week. Residents with questions or concerns were given a contact number for the DPW: 845-656-3122.
