The Village of Maybrook Board of Trustees approved routine business and a set of contractor payments and authorizations at the Aug. 25 meeting.
Key approvals included the minutes for July 28, 2025; audited bills and claims (examples cited in the minutes include A:$41,620.45 and A:$71,198.09 for two audited dates); authorization of final payment No. 1 for the CDBG FY-24 sewer lining project in the amount of $163,995.00; authorization of Change Order No.1 for that same project in the amount of $17,795.00; and final payment of $8,549.39 for a sludge dumpster roof. The board also authorized piggybacking on the County contract for curbing on Greening Place, not to exceed $20,000, subject to attorney review. All motions recorded were approved unanimously, 4-0.
