Maybrook trustees introduce electric-vehicle local law, set public hearing for Aug. 25

Trustee William Treco moved to introduce the law and Trustee Daryl Capozzoli seconded; all motions related to the introduction and environmental determinations passed 4-0.
The Board framed the measure as a starting point that could be modified after public comment and departmental review. A public hearing is scheduled for Aug. 25, 2025, where residents may present feedback before the Board considers adoption or edits.
