Board approves multiple personnel appointments, coaching assignments and accepts resignations; non-renewal of coach contract finalized

The board accepted resignations from Mr. Chandler Burrow (Nash Middle School boys track coach and 8th grade boys basketball coach), effective Jan. 29, 2026, and Mr. Riley Meier (Nash Middle School 6th grade boys basketball coach), effective Feb. 9, 2026. The board then approved multiple appointments: Calvin Hickson as volunteer APT weight room assistant, Gregory Dupuis as assistant cook for CHS and Nash MS (replacing Alexis Gray), Mattison Lanie as CHS head softball coach (replacing Kelli Wielgus), Kaylee Ketcherside as CHS assistant softball coach (replacing Mattison Lanie), Justin Boudreau as CHS assistant baseball coach (replacing Travis Williams), Heather Bernard as Nash MS boys track coach (replacing Chandler Burrow), and Nycole Smith as Nash MS 5th grade science and social science teacher for 2026–27. Votes on these appointments were recorded Aye by members present.
The board also approved the Fall 2026 coaching assignments and later, following executive session, approved the non-renewal of 6th grade girls basketball coach Jerod Snejberg's contract. The non-renewal vote passed with Aye votes from Members Shule, Shule-Whybrew, H. Koch, Able and B. Koch; Members Meier and Henrichs were absent. These personnel actions will be processed by district human-resources staff according to board policy.
