Board adopts Central High School 2026–27 program of study

The Central Community Unit School District No. 4 Board of Education approved the 2026–2027 Central High School Program of Study on Feb. 23. Member Shule moved for adoption and Member Shule-Whybrew seconded; the board recorded Aye votes from B. Koch, Shule, Shule-Whybrew, H. Koch and Kasie Able, with Members Meier and Henrichs absent.
District leaders described the program of study as the formal course and pathway structure for CHS for the coming school year. The board’s action adopts the program as presented and directs CHS administrators to implement the curriculum and scheduling it outlines.
