The City of Florence voted to award a $6,875 contract to BCI for setup and management of M365 BitTitan e‑mail services for city departments after a recommendation from Police Chief Brad Burns.
Chief Burns told the board that BCI is a sole service provider because of integration with the city's existing Fort‑Net security system. Alderman Mason Herrin moved to approve the quote; Alderman Kyle Martin seconded the motion, which carried by a unanimous vote. The board recorded the contract approval on Feb. 17, 2026.
