Principals report strong assessment results and summer programs supporting learning and SEL

School leaders reported on end-of-year activities, assessment results and summer supports. Elizabeth Ide staff described May Data Day review of AimswebPlus and MAP assessments showing significant academic growth in reading and math and highlighted family engagement events and summer learning. Prairieview reported nearly 90% proficiency on the IAR for students in the Triple A program and cited inclusive work with SASED students.
Dr. Rhoads reported that Elizabeth Ide’s Targeted Summer School is supporting nearly 110 students with small-group instruction in reading, math and social-emotional learning to maintain progress over the summer, and that spring SEL assessment results showed growth in emotion regulation, engagement and perseverance. Lakeview reported expanded extracurricular offerings and summer facility improvement work.
Administrators said assessment data from the final tests will be shared in July to guide instruction and planning for 2026–27.
