Superintendent Emily Weidner told the board she completed principal evaluator training on June 8 and 9 and attended WIDA training for multilingual students. She reported participating in a radio interview with Seth Laurence, attending several agency and legislative roundtable meetings, and that the ROE compliance visit took place on May 20.
Weidner reported that the track respray and repainting and the playground reseal are complete, and the masonry repair and exterior resealing projects started June 15 and are expected to finish before the new school year. Veregy provided an initial report on June 2 and will deliver a more detailed proposal in August or September. The district received FOIA requests from Data Branch on May 28, June 3, June 7 and June 12.
