As part of Resolution 53 of 2025 the Town Board voted to cancel the previously noticed budget workshop scheduled for Oct. 15, 2025. The resolution instructs the Town Clerk to publish an updated public notice and to attach a certified copy of the public hearing notice to the Town Clerk's official records.
The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Councilman Nathan S. Hosley and seconded by Councilman Mark A. Bird; the board recorded a 4–0 vote in favor. The action was attested by Amber L. Wamback, 1st Deputy Town Clerk, in the official minutes.
