Administrators report strong family engagement, student achievements ahead of graduation

Mrs. McFall added that elementary students are enjoying end‑of‑year field trips and that the preschool program will hold its end‑of‑year picnic this week.
Mr. Houberg reported 8th‑grade promotions are scheduled and highlighted student accomplishments at Nash, naming Carter Justice and Bailey Cambridge as Principal's Award recipients, and Kinnley Bohn as second place in the WGFA Spelling Bee; he also noted 7th and 8th grade girls relays qualified for the state track meet. Mr. Shaner reported four Central students were named KACC students of the year in their departments, that Mya Tholen was named overall KACC student of the year, that four individuals and one relay qualified for the state track meet, and that the baseball team won the RVC Championship. The minutes record that graduation will be held Friday, May 22, 2026, honoring 76 graduates of the class of 2026.
