Board hears Health Life Safety timeline, possible bleacher and press-box projects; tuckpointing recommendation to return

Dr. Weidner presented the district's Health Life Safety (HLS) priorities and a timeline for required work. The board was told that certain list A HLS projects must be completed by May 2026 and list B projects have a 2030 deadline; the presentation named several candidate projects including bleacher replacement, a new press box, concession stand replacement at the track, restrooms at the annex, an updated FACS room and locker room renovations.
No formal action was taken on facilities at the Feb. 18 meeting. Dr. Weidner said he will return with a recommendation related to tuckpointing in the spring; the minutes record vendor outreach by the district with Veregy, Proline Sealcoating, Dant Clayton, Luxout and Weedman Doors regarding facilities needs.
